We’ll get back to you within 2 business days and do our best to fix the issue within 5 to 7 business days.

If you’re still not happy with the outcome, you can ask to speak with a manager, and we’ll take another look at your case within 3 more business days.

Return & Refund Policy

At My Mattress Town, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.

You can return your mattress within 30 days of delivery or pickup. To qualify for a return, the mattress must be in good, clean condition and free from damage, stains, or strong odors. We recommend using a mattress protector to help keep it in returnable condition.

To start a return, just contact us by phone or email and provide your order number, name, and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the return process. You can either bring the item back to one of our stores in Miami or Fort Lauderdale, or we can help arrange a pickup (pickup fees may apply depending on your location).

If the return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that delivery fees, setup fees, and special-order items are non-refundable.

We also offer exchanges, so if you’d prefer to swap your mattress for a different one, we’re happy to help with that too.
