We shopped last week for a bed ridden man currently residing in a senior living facility. As you can imagine, price was a major concern as was getting the best mattress for this elderly man. We walked into the store, Steve immediately greeted us. We plead our case and stated we were on a very limited budget. Steve looked. He told us "it's all about community. Let's see what we can do." Immediately and without a Hamlet like pause, Steve arranged to have a mattress and box spring delivered to the residence within 72 hours. In addition to the empathy Steve showed us, we experienced EXPERT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the delivery team headed by Daniel. Kudos to the staff at Mattress Town. This is our one stop shop for all bedding needs!

I have rheumatoid arthritis. Sometimes I hurt from the neck down. I knew I needed a bed that was comfortable. My friends bought a bed from Steve at Mattress Town so after checking prices around town I went there. I actually experienced sticker shock while bed shopping around town. Prices at local retailers were astronomical. I went to Mattress Town and found the bed I wanted for several thousand dollars cheaper. I bought a queen adjustable bed with a temperpedic mattress with all the bells and whistles less expensive than what I'd found at local furniture stores. Once I went in zero gravity position lying in one of the beds I fell in love. The one feature I could do without is the massage feature. Steve knows his business. He gave me lots of info and spent a lot of time answering my questions. Two of my friends have bought beds from him and are very happy. His price beat the other retailers in town. Yesterday I took my boyfriend there to look at beds. After some deliberation going from bed to bed he bought a king with temperpedic mattress. He is giddy like a little child excited for his bed to be delivered. Steve offers free delivery and threw in pillows and mattress cover. We will have the bed delivered tomorrow and are delighted. Absolutely the best experience with Mattress Town, don't go anywhere else! Not just for a great deal but for outstanding customer service from both Steve and John. My father in law broke his hip and wanted to get a new split king with an adjustable base. I talked with Steve and he set us up with a great deal with an upgraded mattress (Stearns Foster) - way better than any other company offered. But we had to wait because my father in law ended up having to go to the hospital for colon surgery as well. John held the bed for us until we were ready and then delivered it on the weekend because my father in law was coming home on a Monday. John came out to help deliver it himself. He went above and beyond because he said he would hope someone would do that for his family. Thanks to both of you for making a very stressful situation a little easier. And for everybody else, take my advice...don't go anywhere else for your mattress except Mattress Town!

We visited at least 4 stores in Fort Lauderdale. All belonging to chains. Then I decided to try only one more and was very surprised with the level of expertise from Steve. His conditions were unmatched by the others and I ended buy two beds a queen and a slit king, top of the line. I wish I had made this decision years ago. Just had a wonderful experience when my wife and I stopped into Mattress Town just to take a look. We had expected to go to all the local larger stores like everyone is supposed to do but grew tired of the pushy sales people and lower quality/higher priced items. When I stepped into the place it just felt comfortable...I realized it was because it was a family owned store. I met with John and Steve (the owner) and they were just downright helpful and honest and a pleasure to deal with. Mattress shopping isnt fun because you dont know what you dont know...they could talk about mattresses for days but it wasnt a sales pitch, it was informative.Wife and I were super surprised. We told them we would sleep on it because we were shocked at how low the prices were honestly..owner gave me all the information to research online because he knew his prices would be the best.I dont write reviews...but this company is worth the time and effort.I am so happy I bought this mattress here. Dont waste your time at larger stores, buy local and save money.

I was shopping for a mattress for my guest bedroom and went to at least 5 stores and thought I had made a decision. Mattress Town has the best customer service! We purchased a new mattress there. It was delivered quickly and courteously. The first night we slept on it we felt a large hump in it. It was very uncomfortable for me. We thought it was defective and went back to the store. Steve told us it wasn’t defective but it was a lumbar support built into it. I told him how uncomfortable it was and he immediately sought to help. He offered an exchange with free pickup and delivery. He didn’t charge the extra cost of the new one. Then they delivered quickly on the next day which was Saturday. This is how you get repeat customers. I know where we will be making our next mattress purchase!

I can not believe I had been in this town more that 20 years I just got to this store a couple months ago , I already got two orders from them , the prices are amazing , the service so on point , very friendly and fast , I went to the store and the same afternoon I got my mattress at home deliver for free !!!!! The owner is really great and I so happy there are so close to Wilton Manors across of Egg and You dinner . Never will buy in any other place .

Yesterday I dealt with the owner Steve and he is a man of his word. I told him over the phone before coming into the store, I need a queen & king mattress today and also asked if it could be delivered same day. He said yep no problem. When I arrived I tried out a few mattresses and secured a fair deal on the 2 mattresses and box springs. Within a couple hours they were delivered and installed in my condominium. Thank you steve

Just received a new mattress from mattres town. We shopped all around and saw a few mattresses that were good and a few that were great but priced in the clouds.When we walked in the owner asked what we were looking for, directed us to the perfect mattress and the rest is history.He certainly knew what he was talking about and was very engaging.Delivery also was perfect.Only issue i have and it is of no consequence is that the store looks so temporary I almost didn’t go ...... but that should not stop you as I am glad I did go in.

We were treated very well by the owner Steve. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. After trying a number of mattresses we settled on one in particular and took advantage of the Black Friday sale and we're very surprised to learn that we could have a mattress delivered within four hours. We slept at it that night and we are pleased with the purchase and the value for the price. I would recommend this place primarily because it is family oh and then run. Steve was one of the most honest salesmen I've ever met and he has earned a customer for life. He knows what he's selling, what everyone else is selling, and was happy to embarrass the other stores on the block with a much lower price, much more education about what I was buying, and much less wasting my time. I'm honestly not sure how any of the other mattress stores on Federal stay in business, but me and my new 16" pillow top don't really care.

Best Mattress Store in Fort Lauderdale! Don't even bother going to all of the other places off Federal Highway, Mattress Town is where it's at! The staff is extremely knowledge about the art of sleeping and will find the best mattress for you, depending on your needs. The other "national" retailers sell mattress that are not good quality. Go see the "Sleep Guru" at Mattress Town to find the mattress of your dreams!

Mattress town is the best place to get your new mattress. And for PRICES BELOW ALL OTHER MAJOR RETAILERS. They have mattresses for all price points. I knew what I was looking for. I live in Boynton Beach, so I called him (Steve, the owner), and did everything over the phone. No pressure, no BS, and super easy!! It was delivered NEXT DAY. Delivery guys great, even wiped their feet before entering my place. I cannot rave enough about this place. If you need a new mattress, buy it here!!!!! Steve helped me more than anyone I have ever bought furniture or mattresses from. Rate 10 out of 5 stars if I could. THANK YOU!!!!

Wow we walked in and what a great experience to have a polite knowledgeable person greet us and showed the different matress and we were able to make our decision immediately. Couldn’t have had a better mattress shopping experience with Steve! So happy to have finally given up on all the memory foam mattress in box hype and got ourselves a truly comfortable and supportive mattress that we know we will have for years to come. Steve is super informative and helpful in find you the right right mattress. We were torn between 2. The one we went with first didn’t work for us. I called Steve after 5 days of trying it out and switching to my second choice was so easy. Delivery team is fast and professional. They had no issue with our room being on the second story and getting a king size up a tight stairway. Highly recommend mattress town!

THEY HAVE A LARGE SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM.MY WIFE AND I VISITED TWO WEEKS AGO AND MET ROBERT WHO WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THE ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BEDS IN STOCK. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND WE BASICALLY LAID DOWN ON ABOUT 6 DIF. MATTRESSES.WE HAD BOUGHT A BED FROM BRANDS MART AND BASICALLY WERE ROBBED BY THEM! WE HAD A 30 DAY RECEIPT BUT LATER FOUND OUT WE WERE STUCK WITH OUR $1200 BED, SO ROBERT TOLD US HEY NO PROBLEM. THEY WOULD BUY OUR BED AND GET US OUT OF IT. WE ENDED UP BUYING ONE OF THEIR VERY BEST BED AND ADJUSTABLE PLATFORMS. WELL LET ME TELL YOU "ITS A WONDERFUL BED AND MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED! THEY TOTALLY TOOK ACRE OF US!
